FUN IN THE POOL

After work stopped by and played in the pool with Joyce and our two granddaughters, Emma and Jayden.

It was a fun time.

Tulips in Pella, Iowa

We decided to take a short trip continuing to get use to our new rv.  The original plan was to head to Squaw Creek Wildlife Refuge at Mound City, MO.  With plenty of time left in the day we decided to head for Pella, Iowa.  It is a week before the annual Tulip festival but we didn't have the time off for then.  So of we went across Iowa's two lane highways meeting and stopping for all types of farm equipment.

Had a small thunderstorm go through this morning with a brief heavy down pour.  The sun is supposed to shine and get up into the 70's today.

Million Dollar Quartet

Went to Starlight Theater and saw the Million Dollar Quartet.  It was a great evening of entertainment.  Two hours of non-stop music.
